Booking & Payment Your spot in a live online class or course is confirmed upon successful registration and full payment. You'll get an email with access details and materials. Check your spam! Your Responsibilities (Technical & Access) Internet & Equipment: You're fully responsible for a stable, high-quality internet connection and proper device (mic/camera if needed) for live online classes. Video-Conferencing App: You must meet all technical requirements for the platform (e.g., Zoom), including setting up an account or downloading software beforehand. Matching Name: Your displayed name when joining must precisely match the name you used to register. This is crucial for verifying your purchase and granting access. Mismatches may cause delays or denial of entry. Timely Arrival: We highly recommend joining 15 minutes prior to class. If you arrive late, we'll admit you at the earliest opportunity to minimize disruption. No credits are given for late arrivals or for not attending a class in its entirety. No Credits for Your Technical Issues: No credits will be provided if you can't join or participate due to your internet, equipment, or other technical problems. Cancellations & Credits All Purchases are Non-Refundable: Your purchase of a live online class or course is non-refundable. Live Class Credit: For individual live online classes, you can request a credit by emailing info@im4u.world at least 24 hours prior to the class start time. Live Course Credit (Pro-rated): For full live online courses, you can request a pro-rated credit for unused portions. Email info@im4u.world at least 24 hours prior to the first class you will miss within the course. Credit Details: Credits are issued by im4u.world only, can be used for future live online classes or courses, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. Bonus Classes: No credits are given if you choose not to attend any bonus classes. im4u.world Technical Disruptions If im4u.world experiences technical issues disrupting a live online class, a rain date will be set. If you can't make the rain date, you'll get a full credit for a future live online class of equal value. Agreement & General Policies By purchasing a live online class or course, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of personal sharing within the class.
